1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," "you," or "your") and 777pro Casino ("777pro," "we," "us," or "our"), operated under license from the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). By accessing the 777pro website at https://777pro.cam (the "Platform"), creating an account, or using any of our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and refrain from creating an account. Continued use of 777pro services following any amendment to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the modified terms. We reserve the right to refuse service to any individual or entity at our sole discretion.

2. Account Registration and Eligibility

2.1 Age and Jurisdiction Requirements

You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age to register an account with 777pro. By registering, you represent and warrant that you meet this minimum age requirement. We reserve the right to request government-issued identification to verify your age at any time. Accounts found to belong to individuals under 21 years of age will be immediately suspended, and any funds will be forfeited to the extent permitted by law.

You must be physically located within the Philippines at the time of registration and gameplay. Use of virtual private networks (VPNs), proxy servers, or similar tools to circumvent geographic restrictions is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account termination.

2.2 Account Registration Process

Registration requires provision of accurate, current, and complete information including but not limited to full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile phone number. You agree to maintain the accuracy of this information and update it promptly if any changes occur. Provision of false, misleading, or incomplete information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in account suspension or termination.

Each individual is permitted only one (1) account with 777pro. Creation of multiple accounts, whether by the same individual or coordinated groups, is prohibited and will result in closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of funds. We employ sophisticated detection systems to identify duplicate accounts based on shared personal information, payment methods, IP addresses, device fingerprints, and behavioral patterns.

2.3 Prohibited Persons

The following categories of individuals are prohibited from registering or maintaining accounts with 777pro:

• Individuals under 21 years of age
• Individuals residing outside the Philippines or not physically present in the Philippines
• Employees of 777pro, PAGCOR, game providers, payment processors, or their immediate family members
• Individuals who have previously been excluded or self-excluded from gambling services
• Individuals subject to legal restrictions on gambling activities
• Individuals on PAGCOR's exclusion list or known problem gambling databases

3. Account Security and Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 777pro account credentials, including your username, password, and any authentication codes. You must not share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances. Any activity conducted through your account is presumed to be authorized by you, and you bear full responsibility for all transactions, wagers, and communications made through your account.

You agree to notify 777pro immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized use of your account or any security breach. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized account access resulting from your failure to maintain account security. You may be held liable for losses incurred by 777pro or other users due to unauthorized use of your account resulting from your negligence.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts showing suspicious activity, including but not limited to unusual login patterns, geographic inconsistencies, rapid transaction volumes, or behavior indicative of account compromise. Security measures may include temporary account locks, mandatory password resets, or requests for additional verification documentation.

4. Deposits and Financial Transactions

4.1 Deposit Methods and Limits

777pro accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, online banking transfers (BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other major Philippine banks), and credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard). The minimum deposit amount is Fifty Philippine Pesos (₱50.00). Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and account verification status. Deposits are credited to player accounts immediately upon confirmation by the payment processor.

All transactions must be conducted in Philippine Pesos (PHP). We do not accept deposits from third-party payment methods not registered in your name. Deposits made from joint accounts, corporate accounts, or accounts belonging to other individuals will be rejected and returned (minus applicable processing fees). This policy exists to prevent money laundering and ensure compliance with Philippine anti-money laundering regulations.

4.2 Anti-Money Laundering Compliance

777pro maintains strict anti-money laundering (AML) procedures in accordance with PAGCOR regulations and the Philippine Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA). We reserve the right to request source of funds documentation for deposits exceeding certain thresholds or exhibiting patterns consistent with money laundering activity. Failure to provide requested documentation within specified timeframes may result in account suspension and funds being frozen pending investigation.

Players may not use 777pro as a money transfer service. Deposits must be used for gameplay, and withdrawals must represent legitimate winnings or unused deposit funds. Attempting to deposit and immediately withdraw funds without engaging in reasonable gameplay constitutes a violation of these Terms and may result in account closure and reporting to relevant authorities.

5. Withdrawals and Payout Processing

5.1 Withdrawal Requirements

Withdrawal requests may be submitted through the 777pro account dashboard once your account has been verified. First-time withdrawals require completion of our Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process, which includes submission of government-issued identification (valid Philippine passport, driver's license, or national ID card) and proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, or government correspondence dated within the last three months).

The minimum withdrawal amount is One Hundred Philippine Pesos (₱100.00). Withdrawals must be processed to payment methods registered in your name. We do not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances. Withdrawals are typically processed within ten to twenty (10-20) minutes during business hours, though processing times may be extended during periods of high volume or when additional verification is required.

5.2 Withdrawal Restrictions

Withdrawal of bonus funds is subject to wagering requirements specified in the applicable bonus terms. Players must complete the required wagering turnover before bonus funds become withdrawable real money. Active bonuses may restrict game selection or impose maximum bet limits during bonus play. We reserve the right to request additional documentation or conduct enhanced due diligence for large withdrawal requests, withdrawals to new payment methods, or withdrawals following patterns of unusual activity. Verification requests must be satisfied within seven (7) calendar days, or the withdrawal request may be cancelled and funds returned to the player account.

6. Bonuses, Promotions, and Wagering Requirements

777pro offers various bonuses and promotions including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and loyalty rewards. Participation in promotions is subject to specific terms and conditions disclosed at the time of the offer. Promotional terms may include wagering requirements, time limits, game restrictions, maximum bet limits, and other conditions that must be satisfied before bonus winnings become withdrawable.

Standard wagering requirements for bonus funds are thirty times (30x) the bonus amount, unless otherwise specified in the promotion terms. Different games contribute varying percentages toward wagering requirements: slots typically contribute 100%, while table games contribute 10-20% depending on house edge. Live dealer games may be excluded from bonus play entirely or contribute at reduced rates.

Bonuses are intended for recreational players engaging in normal gameplay. Bonus abuse, including but not limited to arbitrage betting, hedge betting, low-risk betting patterns, or other strategies designed to convert bonus funds to cash with minimal risk, is strictly prohibited. We reserve the right to void bonuses, cancel winnings, and close accounts engaged in bonus abuse. Maximum bet limits during bonus play are typically ₱100-200 per spin or hand, as specified in the bonus terms.

7. Gameplay Rules and Prohibited Activities

7.1 Fair Play Requirements

All gameplay at 777pro must be conducted in good faith for entertainment purposes. Players must not engage in fraudulent, abusive, or otherwise improper use of the Platform. Prohibited activities include but are not limited to:

• Collusion with other players to gain unfair advantage
• Use of automated gameplay software, bots, or scripts
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or loopholes
• Reverse engineering or attempting to manipulate game outcomes
• Coordinated betting patterns designed to guarantee profit
• Money laundering or other illegal financial activities
• Chargebacks or payment reversals after gameplay
• Harassment, abuse, or inappropriate conduct toward other players or staff

7.2 Game Integrity and Random Number Generation

All casino games at 777pro operate using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems tested and audited by independent testing laboratories. Game outcomes are mathematically random and cannot be predicted or influenced by players, 777pro staff, or third parties. Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages represent theoretical long-term payout rates and do not guarantee individual session outcomes.

In the rare event of a game malfunction, all affected bets will be voided and stakes refunded. "Game malfunction" includes software errors, server disconnections during critical game moments, or clear deviations from published game rules. Players must report suspected malfunctions immediately via customer support. Delayed reporting may affect our ability to investigate and remedy the issue.

8. Intellectual Property and License

All content on the 777pro Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, video content, software code, and data compilations, is the property of 777pro or its licensors and is protected by Philippine and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. The 777pro name, logo, and all related marks are trademarks or registered trademarks of 777pro.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This license does not include any right to: (a) copy, modify, or distribute Platform content; (b) reverse engineer or decompile Platform software; (c) remove copyright or proprietary notices; (d) use automated tools to access the Platform; or (e) frame or mirror any Platform content on other websites.

Unauthorized use of 777pro intellectual property may constitute copyright infringement, trademark infringement, or other violations of intellectual property law and may result in civil and criminal liability. We actively enforce our intellectual property rights and pursue legal remedies against infringement.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, 777PRO AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, SHAREHOLDERS, AGENTS, LICENSORS, AND SERVICE PROVIDERS (COLLECTIVELY, THE "777PRO PARTIES") SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, LOSS OF DATA, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, OR LOSS OF OPPORTUNITY, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM, EVEN IF 777PRO HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

The 777pro Parties' total aggregate liability arising from or related to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the amount of deposits made by you to your 777pro account during the six (6) months preceding the event giving rise to liability. This limitation applies regardless of the theory of liability, whether based in contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or otherwise.

777pro provides the Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of information provided on the Platform. Players assume full responsibility for the consequences of their gambling activities.

10. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of 777pro services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Metro Manila, Philippines.

Before initiating formal legal proceedings, players must first attempt to resolve disputes through 777pro customer support. If the dispute cannot be resolved through customer support within thirty (30) days, players may escalate complaints to PAGCOR in accordance with PAGCOR's complaint procedures. PAGCOR's decisions on player complaints are binding on 777pro in accordance with our licensing agreement.

By agreeing to these Terms, you waive any right to participate in class action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration against 777pro. All disputes must be pursued on an individual basis. This class action waiver does not apply to the extent prohibited by Philippine law or PAGCOR regulations.

11. Amendments to Terms

777pro reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. Amendments become effective immediately upon posting to the Platform. Material changes to these Terms will be communicated to active players via email and/or prominent notice on the Platform. Continued use of 777pro services following amendment constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and may close your account by contacting customer support. Account closure does not relieve you of obligations incurred prior to closure, including completion of pending wagering requirements or resolution of outstanding disputes.

We recommend that players review these Terms periodically to remain informed of any changes. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document indicates when these Terms were most recently revised.
